John was courteous and very professional. The work done on my car fixed it perfectly, and they didn't tack on any extra unneeded stuff. They were efficient, and the work was done promptly. The waiting area was huge, clean, and very comfortable. I could really stretch out and relax. Their were large glass windows there, so I could keep an eye on my car while it was being worked on. The work area was immaculate; easily the cleanest I've ever seen. They even washed and vacuumed my car after finishing, and without my having to ask. It really was a perfect experience from start to finish, and it took the dread completely out of having to go have my car fixed. More
