A Walk in the Park Tom Hakimi was recommended to me by a local repair shop as one of the most knowledgeable members of your sales team. Actually that was an understatem Tom Hakimi was recommended to me by a local repair shop as one of the most knowledgeable members of your sales team. Actually that was an understatement. He is also a very easy going and understanding sales professional. (It takes one to know one.) He even came in on his day off to close the deal. With one exception, the whole experience was wonderful. Your finance pro needs some backup. He was slammed by all the sales activity that day which caused delays in our closing. My car was detailed, it looked wonderful. The only thing I am concerned about is when I dropped it off I had a full tank of gas, when I got it back the gauge was halfway between full and 3/4. Also, my mpg since refueling had read 39.3 and when I got it back it read 33.2. Also, my radio station had been changed, it appears as though the car had been running for all the time it was being detailed. This is WRONG!! My service rep, Brian Toker is wonderful, he helps out with all my problems and sees they are fixed. More
