This is our 3rd Lexus from Rob & the team at Lexus of Melbourne. I can't express enough how seamless this entire process was. Because Rob was so amazing we were done with the "car buying" side of this in 11 minutes!!!! It took longer for the family to take pictures of the car than it did to buy it. I've owned all the luxury brands and I must admit Lexus is our favorite. Not only from the quality of the cars, but the dealership experience.
