I brought my vehicle in for the 30,000 mile service. When I returned to pickup my vehicle there were multiple scratches down the side of my vehicle. The service representative was not apologetic about the da I returned to pickup my vehicle there were multiple scratches down the side of my vehicle. The service representative was not apologetic about the damage and acted as if she was doing me a favor by just talking to me. When I came back to pickup my vehicle for the second time the repairs were not completed. I was told to bring the vehicle back next week so they can attempt to fix scratch that they missed the first time. Really poor customer service and absolutely no attention to detail. I will be traveling the extra hour and half to Lexus of Winter Park for all future service. More
