Had no sales person available to work with us the day we came in. Busy. Made an appointment for 2 days later. We were there from 2:00p.m until 7:40 p.m. purchasing a vehicle. Informed them we had to be out came in. Busy. Made an appointment for 2 days later. We were there from 2:00p.m until 7:40 p.m. purchasing a vehicle. Informed them we had to be out of there no later than 7:00 p.m. By 6:00 p.m, asked if we could come back in the morning, at least 2-3 times. No response to that. I had to cancel an engagement for that evening. Dealership was closing down. Minimum employees there at that time. Then we were told it had been a busy day. Only 1 person to do the financial paperwork. Was dark outside, had not had dinner, and still had to come back during daylight hours to go over the features of the car. Was not happy. More

By far the most pleasant dealership experience of my life and my 1st Lexus. Nothing I've ever seen compares with the facility amenities & level of customer care. Rob is amazing; it was like having an old friend coach me through in a caring, non-pushy way. Not only was he my 1st contact on tire-kicking day; he got me through the entire week-long process. Upon purchase a few days later, he spend two hours+, walking me through every button, feature, phone setup, remote app registration & usage, etc. I still can't believe the level of service that comes complimentary. and equally important; it's a superior product in every aspect. The Lexus Corp & local Dealer Mantras are spot on: I absolutely did 'Experience Amazing' and am a 'Customer for Life' with Lexus of Mel! Big Thank You to Rob, Mandy & Duane. You ROCK! More
