Another Great Service Visit My visit started as soon as I pulled up to the dealership -- no waiting. The purpose of the visit was routine maintenance but John asked if there wer My visit started as soon as I pulled up to the dealership -- no waiting. The purpose of the visit was routine maintenance but John asked if there were any issues with the car. He listened carefully and made comments that assured me he understood my concerns. He came to me while I was waiting to go over issues found by the mechanics -- one was a battery problem that would be corrected with a new battery covered under warranty -- yay! Also, a set of tires was needed. He had a variety and prices to choose from. I mentioned that I had anticipated the tires needing replacement and had done a little research and planned to continue researching other sources. He offered to review with me any estimates from other sources. He walked me to my CLEAN car (washed while I waited). What a great service visit. I plan to return when I have an estimate or two to review with John. More
