Lexus of Naperville provided every bit of service I've come to expect from a Lexus Dealership. They were responsive and knowledgable. They beat another local Lexus dealership for my business, partl I've come to expect from a Lexus Dealership. They were responsive and knowledgable. They beat another local Lexus dealership for my business, partly through effective price negotiation, and partly because they understood better what I wanted from the car. Frankly, I only went to them for a sanity check. I wanted to make sure the deal I'd gotten from the other dealership was valid. Instead, they won my business. With no hints on price, they beat the other dealership's offer, and they knew (or at least decided to share more) regarding the options on the vehicle that were important to me. They were also more responsive with respect to pre-sales. I don't have anything to compare them to with respect to post-sales. I had not purchased a car for 15 years (driving two very old Lexus vehicles until I made this purchase). That having been said, their attention to detail - from making sure I know all the features and technology of the new car, to installing the i-Pass from the old vehicle for me, to having my iPhone set-up before I left the premise - was outstanding. Wish I lived closer. Then I could make use of the lifetime free car washes for my new car. More

I was personally taken care by Mr. Scott Darst and Mr. Micheal Comer, both of which exceeded my expectations. At no point did I feel like I was being "sold" a car. These men are both well versed in their area of expertise and were by far the best representatives of any car dealership that I have ever dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend Lexus of Naperville, especially Mr. Scott Darst and Mr. Micheal Comer. Their hospitality was well recognized and will not be forgotten when I am on the search for my next Lexus. Overall a great dealership. I as 17 at the time of buying my car. When i web to most dealerships they said "get the xxxx out of here, school boy" . When i went to lexus paul was kind and helpful. Dan and the staff at Naperville of Lexus was so outstanding that my wife told me "We are buying all our cars from here on out from Dan." The complete experience from vehicle selection, test drive, pricing, and closing the sale was so pleasurable and painless that I can not begin to stress how pleased I was with this car purchase. hese guys are crooks!!! DO NOT GO HERE. I have a Black 2004 Lexus GS 300 that was not accelerating. I took it into them so that I can find out exactly what the problem is. They did a diagnostics and recei 2004 Lexus GS 300 that was not accelerating. I took it into them so that I can find out exactly what the problem is. They did a diagnostics and received 2 codes (P0102 and P0113), these are codes for Mass Air Flow Circuit Low and Intake Air Temp. They told me I need to replace the transmission. Replace the TRANSMISSION??? Gave me a quote for $9199.28. I asked them how they determined that I have a bad transmission and they said it's based on the tech driving the car. They charged me $131 and really couldn't give me anything positive about what the problem is. I searched on Craigslist for a transmission mechanic, gave him my car and asked him to diagnose it (which he did for free). He said it's NOT your transmission, it's your Catalytic converter and he can prove it by boaring out the honey comb in it. This proved there was nothing wrong with the transmission because the car ran fine (a little muffler noise but ran fine). I bought an aftermarket Catalytic converter and had him replace it. Total cost $400. I called Pete the Service Manager to tell him that they charged me for an incorrect diagnostic. He simply said that HE CANNOT REFUND MY $131.00. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY, ITS THE PRINCIPLE. If I didn't do the leg work to find out what really is wrong with my car they would have charged me $10,000 and still have the same problem with the car. More
We just drove home in our "new" car and are happy as can be. Dan Foster was great and unlike any other car dealer we have worked with. He was not pushy or overbearing. He seemed geniunely interested in selling us a quality vehicle that fit our budget. It was the little things he did that really deserve some recognition. First, we were able to take the car overnight and really see how it drove and handled as well as take it to our mechanic friend to have him check it out. When we returned with a concern about the radio, Dan took the car out for a spin himself to determine the cause of the problem. He truly made sure that every concern was addressed before we agreed on a price. Dan was personable, humerous and consciencious. I would recommend this dealership and specifically Dan to all of my family and friends! More

Received an email from John Walters saying they would send another email with information about the vehicle I was interested in and pre-owned Lexus. I didn't receive a response, so I emailed back. I had specific quesitons about the vehicle. No response to that email either. There are many dealers out there who are much more responsive to customers. Try one. More
I can only say good things about Sal Lala and the Dealership. They went out of their way to help make things easier in buying a Pre-Owned Automoble. The only thing I did not like was Having the full wire the dealership the money for the full purchase price, that seemed to bee the only way I could secure the Car. On the other hand Sal Lala did a Great job of looking the car over for me and I did have a Clean CarFax Report. Again I cannot say enough Good Things about Sal.
