As I walked into the front door I was greeted by Nestor Urrutia who is one of their sales people. Nestor was very polite and asked how he could assist me. We walked the lot looking for the right color of vehicle I was interested it. We found the car and he went to get the key. We took a test drive and I fell in love with the car. I returned on 8/4/2018 to make the purchase. I asked for Nestor and he assisted me through the entire buying process, which took only about 2 hours. I left with a new car and a great feeling about Lexus of Naperville. If you want to get great customer service by non-pushy sales folks, you need to stop by Lexus of Naperville and ask for Nestor.
