We want to thank the Naperville Lexus team for flipping the negative experience of having our car stolen into a positive resolution. We had the pleasure of working with Pat O'Brien, Gary Jaros, Michael Comer, and Derek Mason. Each person was extraordinarily professional and caring. We have purchased many vehicles, but have never had a sales experience anywhere near as great as the one we were treated to today. Gary, Michael, and Derek were nothing short of fantastic. Michael Comer's skilled presentation of the Lexus brand and the vehicle was art. He delivered knowledge and service at its finest. The more I learned the more I excited I was to drive home in our new Lexus. I am so pleased that we were able to use the Naperville Test Track and shop locally.
