I purchased my NX200t almost 6 months ago and have had the ultimate pleasure of returning to the dealership twice to see Violet😊 Both times was to get assistance on my needing to further my learning experience on the operations of my vehicle! Lucky me I got Violet both times🤗 Even though I could look at my manual for direction on the 'how to' there is nothing that could compare to hands on and that's where Violet comes in! She is just Fantastic; she is very well-versed in knowing the operations of my vehicle and no doubt I'm sure she's very knowledgeable in the area of all other Lexus vehicles! She's like a teacher teaching a student! It's obvious w/her knowledge she has to really take time to learn the dynamics of the vehicles & in turn teach the owner. This says a lot about her and her position of wanting to make sure when explaining and showing the operations of "your vehicle" she can do it with such ease and confidence; she knows what she's talking about and from my experience she is right on point!! Violet also has a great deal of patience, encouraging you to always ask questions and making sure you understand! Time was NOT a factor. I thank Violet for her taking the time to teach me what I so needed to know and in doing that I can enjoy my Lexus to the fullest🤗 Violet you are a true professional!! More

He follows up with us and has always exceeded our expectations. When Nick was unavailable, all the other people we've worked with are also respectful, helpful and friendly. One other personal point. As a parent of an autistic child, we love that Lexus of Naperville has programs that support people with autism. It's clear that the dealership is striving to provide great service, support their community, and also make the car buying experience pleasant. More

I have Never Ever met a person like Jon who is in the business world of sales & consulting. Jon is a person who represents the true character of what "Integrity" represents!! I feel he is a businessman who does not represent the "Norm" of sales & consulting. Jon is sooo much above & beyond the normalization of a businessman. My wife and I worked with Chris to come up with best financing solution to meet our needs.Chandra Estrada was very efficient when it came to completing the necessary paperwork. At delivery, Mike took his time to make sure we knew all the features of our new RX350L had to offer. I have leased or purchased 11 Vehicles over the last 25 years from Rick Van Pelt. He gives me the best price "every Time". But its the complete friendly experience at this dealership that makes me go back time and time again. When I want to get out of a lease early they accommodate me,They pick up my car for service at my house or business, leave me a loaner ( which I seldom use but a nice touch just in case ) then call me with an update of what the service will be, return my car serviced, cleaned inside / out and are happy to do it. Why would I ( or you ) ever go anywhere else ? More
