Then stepped in Chris Colsant (Internet Sales Manager) and extended himself and brought some clarity to the issues we were having. Chris introduced us to Abdou Ali, who just seemed to deliver everything perfectly. Abdou was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Abdou held the umbrella for my wife while we looked at the car in the rain. He offered to get us coffee and allowed us to use his computer to check our financing. We talked family, life and travelling. Ali represented Lexus great and treated us very well. Then there was Chaundra (Finance) who had a wonderful personality and infectious smile. She closed our deal seamlessly and we enjoyed laughs while doing it. This is what I had become accustomed to, being treated like my dollars and my time are valued.
