Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). What a terrible Lexus dealership by par ! !! Long hours of waiting without your assigned service advisor updating with what's going on with your car. Too bad that I spent a lot of money on t !! Too bad that I spent a lot of money on this particular Lexus dealership but I will never go back to that place for anything because there's a lot of customer service oriented dealerships that you can go to and leaving happy and contented inspite of spending a lot of money. Just beware just in case you want to dare to go to this NMB Lexus dealership, don't, don't go and avoid that service advisor named Bobby. More
