Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Anthony was very easy to work with and made this lease the best experience I have had with any dealership. NM is very lucky to have Anthony and they are a much better dealership because of his communicat the best experience I have had with any dealership. I had previously decided not to use North Miami again partly because I moved out of the area however, Anthony changed my mind. Anthony listens to the customer and doesn’t try to force an automobile on them that they don’t want, but rather listens to them and sells them the automobile they are looking for- he doesn’t give up without being a pest. And his follow through is thorough. This is the kind of staff everyone want but few have! Anthony goes the extra mile for the customer-and it’s appreciated! More
