Sierra transmitted vehicle photos/videos & openly pointed out scratches on a CPO vehicle I was considering in advance of my visit. There were zero surprises. Everything was as expected when we drove 4 hours to purchase the car. The deal we agreed upon via text was exactly the deal I received in person. Sierra gave me a wonderful orientation of the vehicle, drove around with me, programmed my phone, & had my vehicle prepped perfectly. Sierra also followed up with me the next day after my purchase to be sure everything was going well. Sierra’s integrity is stellar! So impressive! Also, my entire experience at Lexus of North Miami was the absolute best car purchasing experience in my life! Everyone was so helpful & kind. I will proudly wear Lexus hat & shirt & use the Lexus cups from Sierra. I have already told several family & friends about my positive experience at Lexus of North Miami. Rodolfo Hernandez handled our "business transaction" professionally... There was no "deal" to be had as it relates to the 2026 Lexus GX 550... I personally felt like it was a take it or leave it deal... professionally... There was no "deal" to be had as it relates to the 2026 Lexus GX 550... I personally felt like it was a take it or leave it deal... I left the dealership feeling less than a valued customer... It was truly a business transaction, period !!! It would be hard for me to recommend North Miami Lexus... Honestly, I'm 71 years old, I realize car sales have changed but with the popularity of the GX 550, I felt like Lexus squeezed every dollar out of us... Just my personal opinion...
