Sierra transmitted vehicle photos/videos & openly pointed out scratches on a CPO vehicle I was considering in advance of my visit. There were zero surprises. Everything was as expected when we drove 4 hours to purchase the car. The deal we agreed upon via text was exactly the deal I received in person. Sierra gave me a wonderful orientation of the vehicle, drove around with me, programmed my phone, & had my vehicle prepped perfectly. Sierra also followed up with me the next day after my purchase to be sure everything was going well. Sierra’s integrity is stellar! So impressive! Also, my entire experience at Lexus of North Miami was the absolute best car purchasing experience in my life! Everyone was so helpful & kind. It would be hard for me to recommend North Miami Lexus...
