It was though we had known him for years as he gave us the diamond tour of the facilities ending up with the viewing of the Lexus products. Based on his professional and friendly presentation and explanation, we were able to make a purchase decision in a relatively short time. Poor customer service I took my car in for service; recalled airbag replacement. No one contacted me for 5 days. I kept calling to get updates on my car. Thought I would ge I took my car in for service; recalled airbag replacement. No one contacted me for 5 days. I kept calling to get updates on my car. Thought I would get my car back within a few hrs. After several calls, I finally got a text stating my car is ready. No one called to give an explanation as to why an airbag replacement took 5 days. Where’s the customer service? My service advisor, Erika, was friendly. Everyone else was unsmiling and barely spoke. While waiting for the loaner, the woman who went to get it popped her head in the room and said , “neh neh neh.” I didn’t answer, but apparently that was my summons. Someone else said, are you waiting for a loaner?” Oh! I followed her out and she barely spoke to me. Got a text at 4:57 PM saying my car was ready. I live 20 minutes away. I drove back to the dealership immediately, and was told upon arriving, “hurry up, we are getting ready to close.” (Seriously?) Then as I was looking for the cashier, I heard a sales guy say, “I am bone f***ing tired.” will not be back. Ps: I did not work with any of the people listed below, but you’re making me check one.
