Our service department is passionate about caring for the best automobiles in the world, and committed to keeping your Lexus vehicle and ownership experience top of the line. Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Excellent experience I visited Harry Faitelson at Lexus of North Miami at the recommendation of several of my friends who had bought cars from him. Although my initial int I visited Harry Faitelson at Lexus of North Miami at the recommendation of several of my friends who had bought cars from him. Although my initial intention was only to look at a Lexus SUV and obtain a price, I drove out of the dealership with a new RX 350. My friends were right - Mr. Faitelson was not the usual pressure car salesman, but very articulate, knowledgeable and professional. My purchase experience could not have been better, and I recommend him very highly! More
