At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Unique to any other more than excellent So I drove in on 2/12/19 for a routine rotation and oil change but decided to look around while I waited. One of the managers a Mr. Upset ask me what So I drove in on 2/12/19 for a routine rotation and oil change but decided to look around while I waited. One of the managers a Mr. Upset ask me what was my purpose for coming and how I was treated at service. He personally showed me a couple of vehicles that were new arrivals back from lease. To my surprise we found the perfect valentimes day gift for my wife on the third floor. He then called in a staff member to assist and in no time at all I was sitting with the coolest guy in the world at finance. By the time my old car was brought around from service I was waiting to transfer my personals to the new one . So to make a long story short I looked like a héroe when I gave my wife her early valentines present . These guys are a true asset to NM Lexus.. blessings to all.. More

1st Service Brought car in for its first service. Waiting time to be booked in, was very short.
