Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Henry and Sied Henry called me when my car was in for service explaining my lease will be expiring soon and asked if I was ready to trade in. I explained I did n Henry called me when my car was in for service explaining my lease will be expiring soon and asked if I was ready to trade in. I explained I did not want to spend all night in the dealer so if he can have everything ready including the numbers I wanted I would consider it. He said he would I went to the dealer skeptical but I have to say Henry kept his word and got me through and in/out relatively quick. He was very patient and nice and my overall experience was very pleasant. We moved on to the finance manager again being skeptical but Syed (not sure of the spelling) didn't even try to add on the stuff that the finance people try to add on. He was knowledgeable, patient, and NOT pushy like most salesmen that make the car buying experience a dreaded one. If the car I wanted would have been available I would have bought it on the spot. He was hysterically funny and really helped me to compare my options to find what was best for me. He also followed up without overwhelming me with repeated emails and phone calls. Perfect!! Honestly I wanted to buy the car just because of how much I thought he deserved it based on his outstanding service and personality.
