my first Lexus well buying a new car is never easy. after going to multiple dealers to trade my truck in i was disgusted as to how dealers treat us and what they do. well buying a new car is never easy. after going to multiple dealers to trade my truck in i was disgusted as to how dealers treat us and what they do. A friend recommended i go and talk to Lexus of North Miami. after a week of aggravation i headed to Lexus of North Miami and from the moment i walked in their door i was shocked as to how well i was treated. they are all respectful understanding and just an amazing group of people. Diego Biedermann was my salesmen and he is outstanding, i can honestly say it was a pleasure being around such an amazing man. He made my time there a true pleasure along with his aid. The financing was easy and Matthew Silva made the dreaded signing time a true pleasure. while we were signing the finance agreement their aids went and took the items from my trade in and placed them in my new Lexus. to the guys at Lexus of Miami i am still at aww as to how amazing i feel after this fantastic experience. both my father and I thank you. you have earned my business for life! and a special thanks to Yoni Edery you are an amazing man and businessman. Lori and "Q" made it happen I received a letter in the mail about trading in my current (now previous) vehicle for a new Lexus. The idea seemed a bit far fetched as I didn't thin I received a letter in the mail about trading in my current (now previous) vehicle for a new Lexus. The idea seemed a bit far fetched as I didn't think a Lexus was even in my price range. But I decided to go in anyway just to inquire about the offer and see what my options were. First impression: the dealership itself is like nothing I've ever seen before. Hands down the most amazing dealership I've personally been to. Now on to the service: Lori and finance manager "Q" went above and beyond to help me leave that dealership that night with a brand new Lexus. I could not believe it actually happened and am extremely grateful for all their help. Lori was extremely attentive and gave the best possible customer service. She understood that my budget wasn't the biggest and that at the moment I was just inquiring about the letter I received in the mail. She was not pushy whatsoever. Just very professional. I would recommend this dealership, and particularly Lori Murray, to any and everyone and have already suggested to many people to check out this dealership. I will definitely be going back in the future now that I am part of the Lexus family. More

I literally want to cry from happiness!!!!! Mr. Mesa was AMAZING!!!!! He literally walked me through the entire process I felt like he was my body guard. Lol.
