Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). We had a most pleasant experience purchasing a Certified RX 350 this month. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to ensure we were treated as a valued customer. Our sales rep was Isaac Rodriguez, who was cordial and knowledgeable. We marveled at the skills of Alex Esuarez in Finance who completed our transaction like a virtuoso at his magic keyboard! All this took place under the aegis of Alfred Utset, who held our car of choice for us without a deposit, and who also made sure that a ding on the right rear door was touched up to his satisfaction. We had just had a very bad experience with another dealer the previous month, and everything the team at North Miami did was as good as that was bad. We are thrilled with our "new" car. This team deserves - and has - our highest endorsement! More
