Had the issues: seat cooling vent not working correctly, breaks not working correctly. brought in about 3 times and was told no problem, ask to look on the car computer for saved problem, was told noting in breaks not working correctly. brought in about 3 times and was told no problem, ask to look on the car computer for saved problem, was told noting in record, I have a screen picture that I took a week after I brought it in that is sowing problem of brakes in history, are repairs lying? also I call numerous time to see if my car is ready, no one call us back, so we came at 5pm, we picked up the car at 6:30 More

I had to wait almost three hours for my vehicle and once I was told the vehicle was ready I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my car which I only got within the 15 minutes due to me inquiring on t I was told the vehicle was ready I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my car which I only got within the 15 minutes due to me inquiring on the additional wait. I was told after waiting 15 minutes that my car was heading to be washed which I refused. Very very bad experience. I'm not sure sure if having a new advisor contributed to this change but it was bad. More
