Henry was very knowledgeable and patient. tire light on dashboard Light went on , brought car over, they checked it out! Needed air ! No Charge for anything! Communication was not good Usually I get calls and texts of when my car is ready but this time I had to text Harvey in order for him to even tell me about my car. There was some damage after the service and I've texted him. He responded initially but now I am not getting a response at all. Although I understand after hurricane Irma there have been a lot of damage to fellow lexus owners coming to the dealership, I still expect some kind of response. I suspect he thinks I'll just forget. Overall, even though he didn't tell me or update the service website which informs me of when my car is available, they didn't penalize me for keeping the loaner vehicle over the weekend. So that was some relief. I went in for a routine oil change and warranty dash board change. More

NMB LEXUS SERVICE HIGHLY INCOMPETENT My Lexus has been in the service department for 3 weeks after a carjacking. The repairs were a few scratches on the right door and bumper and the car needed to be detailed. Charlie is my customer service rep and is appallingly incompetent, dishonest and a big liar. He has promised the car to me and my insurance company last week. Now he's into covering up, lying, and diverging from facts and truth. What a horrible and traumatic experience I've had with that sorry service department. Ive had to go all the way to corporate. Now I hate Lexus, I hate NMB Lexus and would love to get rid of my car for good so I don't ever have to deal with this lazy, dishonest lying team of NMB Lexus service department. Keep away!! Run away!! they're a living nightmare. More
