I'm writing to express my frustration and disappointment after my recent service visit for my 2021 250 E Lexus, since speaking of my vehicle, it has been running noticeably worse than before. It now drives after my recent service visit for my 2021 250 E Lexus, since speaking of my vehicle, it has been running noticeably worse than before. It now drives and sounds like an old poorly maintenance car. In addition, I discovered the following issues that were not present prior to the service the front hood lever was broken, preventing me from opening the hood properly the battery connectors are roasted they were not clean. This situation is acceptable and I expect a dealership to take full responsibility for assessing and correcting these problems immediately at no additional cost to me. Please let me know how soon this can be inspected and repair and who will be handling my case. I look forward to your prompt response and a professional resolution. Thank you More
