My service advisor, Jose Amaro is always super efficient, knowledgeable more importantly gets me in and out as soon as possible , which I always appreciate. I am very happy with Lexus, from Rafae efficient, knowledgeable more importantly gets me in and out as soon as possible , which I always appreciate. I am very happy with Lexus, from Rafael Genao ,and Reinaldo Rivera whom I have been going to for years, and Jose Amaro. They all go above and beyond to help me. Now your Car Wash is awful, Lexus need to do something about this, when I got in my car and this new girl from loaner got out I said was this car washed she said yea and did not acknowledge the fact that it was sooooo dirty on the outside and they basically took the rugs shook them . This is very disappointing when you lease you are told you get free car wash. More
