Thomas and Mickey made things happen for me. I had my credit union mail a cashier's check and it was delayed by Fed Ex. Mickey and Thomas quickly worked out financing through them having driven 5 hrs fro credit union mail a cashier's check and it was delayed by Fed Ex. Mickey and Thomas quickly worked out financing through them having driven 5 hrs from N FL. The initial unit that I was interested in when getting down there had a minor dent on the left corner panel and the hood. Thomas offered to take a look at another unit for which I purchased. Currently, as the unit I purchased did not have a second key fob, Thomas is working on getting one from near my home at Jax Lexus. Lastly, I had gone down in a rental car and had to return it at Avis in Pembroke Mall, a crazy busy place. Thomas brought me down to drop off. Thomas has been a professional during the entire time and that was appreciated. More
