Service rep Melissa is rude. My car had issue when I purchased it 3 months ago. Promise and lies was told to me that it would be fixed. I had to contact Lexus corporate for my car to be repaired. I neve purchased it 3 months ago. Promise and lies was told to me that it would be fixed. I had to contact Lexus corporate for my car to be repaired. I never received a called saying my car was ready for pick up. I received a text and took a chance driving 2.5 hours hoping my car was ready. Thankfully it was.
