Dealt with a number of people in the process of buying our Lexus. All were professional, helpful and cheerful. We got a vehicle we wanted at a time of scarcity. I purchased a 2021 Mercedes it was given to me with a broken rear light, overdue for service. They proceed to lie and tell me it was done. Please don’t buy from us again and don’t come here again. I spoke to Finance manager explained everything and I’m still waiting for his call. Definitely wrong in every department. I was lord too by everyone there. From salesman to financing to the finance manager. Now I’m stuck with a repair bill. More

Very disappointed in the entire dealership. What they say and what they deliver is completely different. Felt as though they want to have you come in the door and will not put anything solid on paper an say and what they deliver is completely different. Felt as though they want to have you come in the door and will not put anything solid on paper and they change things up when sitting at the finance department. They will promise you everything is ready to go (paperwork and the car is cleaned and is filled up) however they have not even processed your application and not even started the make ready on the car. Seems like no communication between the departments. When you walk-in is when they start to process your finance application after confirming to you that everything has been processed and ready to go even after numerous times of asking. Then they change numbers on you and blame you and act as though they are doing you a favor for selling you the car as well as do not value the customer or the customer's time. Not organized and do not have anything together and keep asking for things to be signed multiple times after the original paperwork is signed. This is the worst experience in buying a car from any dealership and not worthy of being called a Lexus Dealership for sure. All this when you are purchasing 2 cars from them at and flying in from out of town. More
