I didn't feel comfortable being inside at the service center, so took advantage of the Lexus service of picking up my vehicle for service and providing me with a loaner car. Bernie called me in advance center, so took advantage of the Lexus service of picking up my vehicle for service and providing me with a loaner car. Bernie called me in advance to give me his ETA and was right on time. The exchange of cars took only a few minutes and provided me with a car for that day. I received a call from Jeffery when my car reached the service center to review the scope of service and again after the car had been checked. I was able to pay from a link sent to me and Bernie again called me and subsequently returned with my car to exchange vehicles once again. My car was returned with all services attended to plus a car wash. Wonderful service! More
