I arrived at 11:55 for a 12:00 appointment that specified I was waiting on site for the service. Sent to waiting area and didn't see service advisor until 12:25, then took until 3:05 for an oil change and ti I was waiting on site for the service. Sent to waiting area and didn't see service advisor until 12:25, then took until 3:05 for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got in car I saw that car had been running for 55 minutes. I will say everyone I encountered was very polite, but this kind of wait for basic routine service is too long. More
