I had made an appointment for routine maintenance and a service bulletin for my RX350, knowing that the work would take some time I had arranged for my son to pick me up at the dealer. On the morning of the service he informed me that he had important business that AM, and could not provide transportation. When I got to the dealer, I requested a courtesy car to take me home. Apparently it would have been a considerable wait, as all courtesy vehicles were spoken for. Isidro went out of his way to procure a IS300 for loan all day. Very much appreciated!
