My new service advisor for this 60K maintenance did a very poor job. Juan Correa did not even perform the 60k service I asked for. I had my car in for service. For the past several years, Jeremy was my service advisor, and I always had exceptional knowledgeable service. However, this time, Juan was my advisor, and I left disappointed Jeremy was my service advisor, and I always had exceptional knowledgeable service. However, this time, Juan was my advisor, and I left disappointed with the service. He was very distracted and inattentive when listening to my service needs, and did not seem to understand auto maintenance well enough to understand the issues I was sharing. Additionally, he kept getting distracted such that he could not recall what I had just said and I had to start over 3 times to repeat the same information. Additionally, he was not familiar with the Lexus recommended maintenance for the mileage on my car. He did not seem interested in understanding my service issues or in trying to ensure they would be addressed. In the future I will request not to have Juan as a service advisor. More
