Though the salesperson (SP) was polite, the experience at this location had a lot to be desired. We had been longtime Lexus customers with around ten (10) leases over the years. This was our first experience this location had a lot to be desired. We had been longtime Lexus customers with around ten (10) leases over the years. This was our first experience with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. The intent to visit this location was due to the availability of the car concerning the advertised price online. The salesperson came back with a figure that was twice the amount that of the advertised price. In telling him about the price we saw online, we were made to feel uninformed and that it must not be true. We had to prove the deal by showing him online. This is not a dig at the SP, just a mere fact of how he was trained to operate by the dealership. Upon conclusion of the sales process, the SP took us to the car and just told us to download the app and leave. I never asked if there was anything he could show us. He couldn't wait till we left. This was a different experience overall. The SP had us wait for the clean car to come through the wash, which took a very long time during our finance papers and insurance update process. We were never shown any features, and there were changes since the prior model we had (going from 2017 to 2021). Subsequently, we leased a new 2021 Lexus from another dealership. That experience was SIGNIFICANTLY better. They were on top of everything and made us feel as special as the Lexus is. The SP at the other dealership sat with us until every feature was activated in the car. We prefer not to have our SP from PP contact us to discuss this rating of the review. I would be happy to discuss this further with a higher-level manager if need be. Bottom line, Lexus of PP did not have the luxurious feel experience of other dealerships. More

When I picked up my 2021 Lexus on 5/7/21 my car insurance was done by the person that was sitting in the lobby next to the finance staff and every thing seemed OK. However, I have trying for the last week to get a copy of the paper work regarding the registration, but I have called and called and phones where not picked up or returned my calls when I did leave a VM. I last spoke to JC yesterday and he said that he spoke to my salesperson and that he will call me back but of course that never happened. I feel neglected that not one of your staff helped me to solve my problem. I might have called 30 times only to be transferred to no where. Obviously service is not your priority.
