Then the next day when picking up the SUV, we nearly didn’t make it home they never filled up the gas tank. Went back few days later and they filled it up and asked if he can help with programming the car screen since this was all new to us but again he was too busy. Being such a good customer and giving him a sale so quick he should have been more attentive or get someone else to help us with the programming. . More

My friend took me to Lexus of Pembroke to lease a new vehicle. My sales person was Kham Alexander he made me feel welcome he answered all my questions being it was my first time leasing and he also gave vehicle.
