I scheduled the service appointment for the fact of having a loaner available. With that in mind I had to wait three weeks for my appointment with a guaranteed loaner vehicle. My loaner vehicle was not having a loaner available. With that in mind I had to wait three weeks for my appointment with a guaranteed loaner vehicle. My loaner vehicle was not ready for an hour and a half after they had taken my car. I found this entire process to be very in efficient and I don’t see the point of making an appointment for a loaner vehicle if it’s not a guarantee. More
I asked to speak to the manager and she assured me about the precautions being taken due to Covid, for my car. I was there for almost 5 hours and carlos wasn’t there... some body put my case with John but John just told me I need to wait... it was a 5k miles check... BAIT AND SWITCH!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I was a repeat customer with Lexus of Pembroke pines for many years, My family and I had purchased our vehicles from here and had great experiences until now. This customer with Lexus of Pembroke pines for many years, My family and I had purchased our vehicles from here and had great experiences until now. This past Wednesday the 30th I decided to upgrade to my 3rd RX from here. My lease is almost up and I figured being the end of the year would be the best time to upgrade my vehicle. My sales person has always been exceptional to myself/family and I always reward my repeat business for that. My sales person and I went upstairs to locate the RX I was looking for but they did not have any in stock. I picked out a more upgraded model they did have in stock to see what they could do as a compromise. When we came back down stairs to crunch the numbers my lease payment was going to be much more then what I was looking to spend and more money then what I was currently paying on my fully loaded rx f sport model. But they were determined to make it work for me. Sal Kamal (sales manager) didn't want to see me go home without a new RX that day since they did not have the model I was looking for in stock. He then wanted to talk me into the rx I had seen upstairs with more features but would be more money. I told him I currently drive a f sport model and I was looking to downgrade and reduce my monthly lease payment, he was determined on making a deal for the more upgraded model then the one I originally had my mind set on. He kept negotiating with me to a point where my lease payment would be close to where I was looking to be. I took a pause to think about it and He then insisted I to go back upstairs and look at the vehicle again to make sure I am comfortable with the exterior color, features and the color of the interior. We then go back down stairs to meet with Sal (sales manager) again and I told him I would need my payment to be in line to where I had told them early on. After more back and forth we agreed on the monthly lease payment which would include my current Rx as a trade in. I then get all the necessary documents together for my sales person to submit to finance and finalize the deal. I agreed to hang out and wait as it was very busy and this is what loyal customers do. I receive a phone call from my sales person, it was my turn to meet with the finance person and finalize everything. By this time I was at the dealership for over 6 hours. After meeting with the finance person and signing my documents the finance person tells me my vehicle will be in on the second week of January. I then tell her that's impossible because my vehicle is upstairs, she then goes back to figure out where the mix up was and it could be a mix up with the vin numbers in the deal, no problem mistakes happen I mean I've come this far after waiting almost 8 hours. The finance person go off to talk with Sal (the sales manager) and returns to tell me the deal is correct and my vehicle is on order and would arrive on the second week of January. Now I'm becoming impatient as I have spent my entire day at the dealership and now this issue is happening. The finance person calls Sal (sales manager) on the phone to confirm as she see the shock on my face. He confirms it is correct and I request he meet with me immediately! My sales person and I then go back to the sales building where Sal (sales manager) was located and try to resolve this mix up. Sal (sales manager) tells me my new lease deal was for a base model rx (they did not have in stock) and not the rx he instructed me to go back upstairs a second time to confirm I am satisfied with the color, features and interior during the final negotiation process. Now at this point I am disgusted with what has transpired, Sal (the sales manager)refused to acknowledge the deal we had agreed on and continues to argue with me on how I am wrong, instead of trying to fix the situation. This was a clear bait and switch scenario that occurred, I was sold on one vehicle and the actual deal was for a model below at the same lease payment. Buyer beware! My family and I will no longer be customers of this dealer More
