Golden experience! Treated like family! No pressure! I will start by saying that I have contacted all the Lexus dealers in my area couple months prior when i was doing my preliminary research and since d I will start by saying that I have contacted all the Lexus dealers in my area couple months prior when i was doing my preliminary research and since day one, Lexus of Pembroke Pines were the first to respond and in a timely manner. They were relentless, following up and making sure my inquiries were acknowledged. When i didn't respond to the initial emails from their internet team, Zee decided he will take on the battle and he too decided to follow up relentlessly. I finally decided to reach out to Zee based on one of his emails that led me to believe that he doesn't have a sales rep mentality. (I hate sales reps mentality, i like customer service personalities) I am a people person, i work in customer service and sales field. As a matter fact, i also worked at a dealership, so there are certain traits that i look for to settle with the right person to take me through the process. Just as i thought, Zee was awesome! extremely patient, considerate and worked with me on all levels. One of the things i was most impressed about is how much he allows me to talk, listened and execute. Most sales reps just want to get their point across and give you what you dont need but like I said Zee is not your typical sales rep. he is above that status! I can be very stubborn (i want what i want lol) but Zee never showed disgust. Zee answered all my questions timely and always have the answers. The process was seamless just like I imagined. No hassle, no haggle, no pressure. Everything was done online and by phone. Zee was very helpful and as such I was reassured that I was making the right decision. I simply walked in signed and drove away. My finance manager Boris was super sweet and made me feel at ease. Even though i have done this before i still have anxiety walking into the business office of dealerships (most try to up sell and give you extra stuff make your payment super high) However, once Boris began to talk and being jovial with me, I forgot all about my anxiety (he couldn't tell lol) and he never forced to buy things i dont need. In fact, he gave me good advice as per my payment and vehicle information. Glad we had that little chat. Again, like Zee Boris was very customer oriented. I was sold on these gentlemen. Their level of professionalism is amazing. Zee worked out my deal over the phone and when i went in, nothing was changed. No bait and switch plus i got all my perks as promised. Best of all I got the deal I negotiated. Very good Price!! I would recommend Zee and finance manager Boris. They made my experience a memorable one.
