Very unprofessional, and inconsiderate, definitely NOT GOING BACK! After waiting 30 mins in the lobby unattended no one could tell me who my service advisor was. The advisor that was going to attend me gave my paperwork to someone else thankfully. Frank was the new service person who attended me. I have bought and leased several cars from this dealer Richard M is the best sales person you have, John S. was the best service person you had. Now that place is a disaster! Richard M. is the best thing that is at that dealer. I will drive to Ft Myers going forward to have my car serviced as they appreciate the customer and are extremely professional and courteous. The icing on the cake was when they gave me my car back after over 2 hours, and it was still dirty on the outside…… More
I purchased my car on July 1st late evening after it was delivered. On Tuesday afternoon I reached out to the salesman Mikhail because the car was not giving me a smooth ride. Also, indicating that when I reverse in the car, I'm getting grinding noises when I turn the wheel. He advised me to bring it in on last Saturday which I did thinking since the car is new that he'll set it up to get looked at promptly. I was horrified to walk into the service lobby to be greeted with a full lobby with nowhere to even sit. I had at least 20 people before me. I text him to let him know that I couldn't wait as I had to work. He told me a loaner will be available on June 19th. I figured I would wait and take it in when a loaner is available. NOPE! The number he told me to call told advised me I couldn't get a loaner because my car didn't have at least 15,000 miles on it. WHAT?!? I'm so frustrated that I'm being treated this way. I've never purchased/leased a car that I had buyer's remorse. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. You will regret it! More

He was on his way out and asked why I was leaving and I told him the car I came to see wasn’t available. The salesperson didn’t want to show it to me because she said a client of hers is coming the next day to get it. The salespeople need a lot more training. I have purchased new cars from 2 other luxury dealers and the service was amazing. I was going to buy from north Miami because they were so helpful, and respected my time. I ended up buying from pines because I live less than 5 min away. I’m guessing that pines works off volume so they don’t care about the customer relationship. I could be old school but I always refer others and return to places where I am treated well. We got the Lexus is350. Even to take a photo with the bow was a hassle for the salesperson. They didn’t give us anything, such a keychain, etc. most dealers I have gone to have a nice package of memorabilia after you purchase from them. Lexus of pines needs to do better More
