We made arrangements to have our car serviced for the 20,000 mile service and to see our options regarding the end of our lease. We were supposed to meet with Adeel to discuss options and inspect the v 20,000 mile service and to see our options regarding the end of our lease. We were supposed to meet with Adeel to discuss options and inspect the vehicle. Adeel then introduced us to Simon in the used car sales department. It was late Friday afternoon nearing the closing time of the body shop and the service department. My husband went to get the car and I signed the docs to purchase the vehicle with my 842 credit score. Simon stated that he didn't even shop a rate. It was late and my husband came back and I had signed everything. We told Simon right then and there that the numbers are NOT correct. He stated a higher value of the car and my husband corrected him to the lower value. Simon advised he would try and stop the transaction and we should come back the following morning and we did. He sat at his computer stating he was waiting for a response from the DMV and that he would call us. After an hour of waiting at his desk with him. He told us to leave and he would call us. To date, we haven't received ANY communication from him. At the end of the day, I am very disappointed in how I was treated. We have three cars in our family and would like to know why would I come back to Lexus of Pembroke Pines? I would greatly appreciate a response to my review. More

He was patient, explained choices and costs, and after a fairly short time, we had our car. We bought a pre-owned Toyota, not a Lexus, by the way. It's what I was shopping for and what we bought. It's a beautiful dealership, too, nestled in trees. So understated that after living in PP for almost 4 years, I never saw their sign. Very good service, overall a great experience. More
