I set up a service appt requesting a loaner. Once arrived to dealership, was told no loaners available. I could not get all of my needed repairs since no loaner was available, but I opted to wai Once arrived to dealership, was told no loaners available. I could not get all of my needed repairs since no loaner was available, but I opted to wait for a tire rotation. I took them 4 hours to rotate my tires. As a courtesy, the fee was waived, but all in all the service department is below standards. The service rep though was professional and understood my disappointment. More

Their service center is like no other I’ve ever dealt with. They take you in on time. They update you through text messages and when they tell you, your car is going to be done it’s done! I’ve never had with. They take you in on time. They update you through text messages and when they tell you, your car is going to be done it’s done! I’ve never had to wait longer than expected and I’ve never had to go back to have something fixed twice. I’m glad I own a Lexus, but I’m really glad that I bought it from Lexus Of Pembroke Pines. I dropped off my car including my cell phone number with all the paperwork. There was no communication for days. I called numerous times with no response. Finally my husband called and they still were unabl all the paperwork. There was no communication for days. I called numerous times with no response. Finally my husband called and they still were unable to give me any specifics or timeline on my repair, except to say we will let you know. It was extremely frustrating and when it was ready and I went to pick the car up there still was no one available to speak with. I got my car and left. I do not plan on coming back for repairs. More
