Waited 45 minutes to be seen after the scheduled appointment time. Staff could care less. I was told I was lucky because had I been there Saturday it was a four hour wait for scheduled appointments appointment time. Staff could care less. From the time I arrived till the service which, which was just a tire rotation was over two hours. Every time I go there it’s the same thing. It takes forever to get stuff done. Unfortunately, it’s the only Lexus in the area so I have no choice. But I do dread going there because of that. More
