My sales person Kelsey was amazing but Jorge from finance really didn’t try helping me as much. I went to Lexus first to try and getting a new car or refinance my car and I feel like they took advantage of m really didn’t try helping me as much. I went to Lexus first to try and getting a new car or refinance my car and I feel like they took advantage of me since I really needed to take out my aunt from my loan. I was able to find a bank that had a lower rate AFTERi went to Lexus. I really thought Lexus was going to help me out. Now I’m probably stuck with a payment of $950 and had to put 3K on a car that was already mine. I don’t think Lexus really tried helping me out because I found out refinancing my car counts as a sale. Really on UNHAPPY with Lexus and won’t be coming back to them. I’ll make sure I tell people to go somewhere else More
