Everything was good. The only bad thing was their text message system. I never got the text saying that my car was ready it they said they sent it. I ended up coming around 7pm to check if my car was done, but the service department was closed and I couldn’t get my car out. I had my daughter’s car seat in there. The lady at the desk didn’t even try to help me. This was Tuesday night. More

I was very pleased on how the process went. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I like how I was able to get the registration at signing with no trip to the DMV. I also liked how they took care of the car insurance right there as well and lastly I loved how they had a bay set aside with the old vehicle and new vehicle to swap everything over. Valentina was extremely helpful with showing me everything on the new Lexus and helping me set everything up. Everyone was great! I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who did my paperwork but he was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. As well as the other gentleman who was working with Ronald who was helping me also. He is a great salesman !Thank you to everyone! More
