Well even though initially I had spoke to someone else from this Lexus dealership, Gonzo took the reigns and found exactly what I was looking for. I live 4 hours away from this dealership but he made me feel secure with sending me photos and videos of the vehicle. Even while down at the dealership he treated with me and fiancé like royalty for the entire visit. Being 4 hours away and putting faith into someone what you have never met can extremely scary, but let me a consumer assure you that he was the most upfront associate that I have ever dealt with at a dealership.
