That may have shot me in the foot because it became very difficult to buy out my lease funny because I feel that 22k is a big deal. They want me to web sign a ton of legal documents without being able to print so i can review or ask review with smarter people. I tried to go in to get copies and they still wouldn't give me all the hard copies. I took the car in for service at 10 o'clock in the morning and was told that the service agent would contact me soon. One hour later nothing. I went to the woman who checked me in and told her. She never did, so I went to Frank Marsala and he made a call and went to the service agent who said the car was already being worked on and would get to me in a few minutes. The service agent never did. When I approached him at least 30 minutes later he said the car was done and I said I needed something fixed, but that wasn't happening that day since the one and only tech person was on vacation. I asked him why he didn't text me and he said he called, but it was a Deerfield Beach number, not a Lexus one so how would I know it was him and he didn't leave a message. I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize. More
