Effective communication and Jackelin was amazing at keeping me in the loop of things but that is all. They scratched my rim in which I had to let them know and then replaced, reminders to fix repairs a keeping me in the loop of things but that is all. They scratched my rim in which I had to let them know and then replaced, reminders to fix repairs after stating it was good to take it, 5 months without the car going back and forth to assure the car is actually fixed, left me stranded at their location about 3 times when I came in to pick up the car only to find out there was an additional repair needed (this is me having to point out additional repairs with doing the minimum inspection). overall I have lost time, money, and trust at this Lexus collision location. 6 months later and I’m still dealing with issues they stated were fixed but this time I’ve sent my car at a different location to fix the issues they should have resolved in the first place. I only hope I don’t have additional issues that would force me to come back at this location because I wouldn’t know if I can trust them. More
