I was told by the salesman that each of their preowned vehicles goes through an inspection before being offer to the public. 1)When the car was delivered to me the oil stick to me looked like the their w vehicles goes through an inspection before being offer to the public. 1)When the car was delivered to me the oil stick to me looked like the their wasn't any oil. 2) The cap to the transmission fluid port was sitting next to the hole. It's a wonder that it did not fall off while delivering the car to me. I told the salesman and he took a picture. I told him I was concerned, because there is no way to tell if there is any fluid in it short of unscrewing the drainage plug underneath the car. 3) the next day i open the trunk of the cat noticed there was no spare tire either. I contacted the salesman and was told that I would have wait for another Honda Civic to come in. Apparently so they can take the spare from the next Honda Civic car. So I wondered that must have happened to mine. 4)The next day I looked underneath the car and noticed that the underneath skid plate or bottom Lower splash shield is missing. So why am I writing this: I'm pretty particular when buying a vehicle, that's why I went to a major dealership like Pembroke Pines Lexus. I wanted the best for my money! I wanted a Quality car! Not A car that looks like it was just purchased at the auction and a a high sticker price slapped on it because they can get it for used crap. That's exactly what I recieved! Besides everything I mentioned above there's other things that were not divulged. Like the Carfax, saying a multitude of xxxxx dealing facts that was never brought to attention. It's ashamed because, I really never haggled the salesman about price. I never beat up the finance guy about percentage rates. I just bought the car feeling that, they would never deliver an incomplete car for such money and then say, "Well You bought it AS IS" that's how we can offer it so cheap. 12,770.00 is not cheap to me. Now I have to purchase things for the car because, well I trusted Pembroke Pines Lexus to deliver a quality used car that I could of been proud of. Now everytime I drive the car and look at the car I think I have to put more money into a car I just bought. It's not a nice feeling. Thanks Pembroke Pines Guys More
