I had mentioned to the associate when I dropped my car off for routine maintenance that one of my rings slipped off my finger and fell somewhere under the passenger seat, but I couldn’t find it. I was con off for routine maintenance that one of my rings slipped off my finger and fell somewhere under the passenger seat, but I couldn’t find it. I was concerned about it being vacuumed up. One of the guys in the shop looked for it too and when he couldn’t find it he removed the passenger seat and that’s when it popped out. I hate writing these types of feedbacks, but this one deserves to be shared. Horrible service!! I had to take the vehicle in again on a different date since it took 4 hours to service my vehicle the fir deserves to be shared. Horrible service!! I had to take the vehicle in again on a different date since it took 4 hours to service my vehicle the first time around and when I took it on the highway the steering wheel was completely crooked, and the alignment was off. I did not have time to go back to the dealer so that they could try to fix it the same day. I had to make a new appointment online. On the second attempt it took 6 hours to just fix the wheel alignment for a 2019 GX 460 with 29,500 miles. Unbelievable. Every time I take it to this dealer the service gets worse and worse. I honestly think they do it on purpose. The past 4 services I noticed that they no longer provide me with a status report on the service bill. The sheet with the green, yellow, orange and red boxes. I looked at other customers and I see that they do get it at the back of their service bill. Why am I not getting the status report of my practically new vehicle. I bought the vehicle brand new at this dealership. I know for sure I will not buy from them again. Not worth it. The Service Advisor Andre Rust attended me for this appointment. He was excellent and very professional. He understood my problem with the vehicle and did the best he could to get it fixed. More
