It’s funny that I’m receiving a survey asking how my experience was with the Lexus collision center. I have not yet received notice that my car is ready to be picked up! Communication with my collisio experience was with the Lexus collision center. I have not yet received notice that my car is ready to be picked up! Communication with my collision center representative is terrible. I tried to reach him for 5 days in a row. The receptionist told me that he would call me back as soon as he was done with his customer. Either the receptionist was not giving him the message or he just didn’t bother to return my calls. Either way it was poor customer service, especially from Lexus. I was finally successful in reaching him on the 6th day. More

Very poor communication between the diferent departments. I received many weekly emails, calls, texts about the termination of my lease even after I pleaded with them to stop. The persistence really took a lot of my time and energy and felt disrespectful. Still today I received an email about the end of my lease, it said I was starting the last year of the lease, while it really would be the last month... except I paid off my car 4 days ago and their recurs are not updated.
