Lexus of Pembroke Pines

I text this to my service manager and never got a response. I wanted to reach out regarding my last service. I'm not one to complain but i was very disappointed. When I arrived it started pouring and response. I wanted to reach out regarding my last service. I'm not one to complain but i was very disappointed. When I arrived it started pouring and understand my car was going to get dirty but the wash was very poor. They usually vaccum it well and it was not done. What has totally surprised me is that someone went thru my personal belongs. There was no need to go thru my center console or glove compartment. The tires lugs are in the trunk and im pretty sure there is a general one used in the garage. There was also sweat marks on the top of the center console and door panel. As for the almost 3 hours of waiting and my car being returned in these conditions its upsetting. I put my trust in Lexus but it's was not a good experience. Hope the next one is not like this.
