They make it seems they give you free maintenance for 2 years when In really they charge you $2,150 they don’t tell you. Why would I agree to pay this when my dad is a mechanic and can Maintance my car for free? Thank god I noticed it and cancel that nonsense. I’m never coming back to Lexus. I get it , the point is to sell cars but common don’t hide fees. I do remember when they asked me about gap and they told me it’ll cost me this much if I added same way they have to tell You about the pre Maintance. Lesson learned. More
