sent email to various people at PPLexus, no response. Finally got a phone call from the parts mgr. We had a nice talk. Evidently he went to the service director about my customer's problem and got now Finally got a phone call from the parts mgr. We had a nice talk. Evidently he went to the service director about my customer's problem and got nowhere. I rcvd a phone call from the Serv Director's secretary and she told me to all Corporate. I suggested that PPL complete their investigation and reply by email with a report. They never did.
