I took my car there for the 10 thousand-mile service. The person who recibed my car at 7:45 am said they would call me when the car was ready. At 11:30 am I got tired of seeing other people who had arriv The person who recibed my car at 7:45 am said they would call me when the car was ready. At 11:30 am I got tired of seeing other people who had arrived after me getting their cars. So I went to ask. The cashier told me the car was ready since 9:30 am. I went to talk to the person who helped me earlier and he had my car’s paperwork on his tray. He hadn’t looked at them since 9:30 and never called me. 2 hours wasted because this person’s negligence. And this is the second time at this dealership. The first time, the 5 thousand mile service, they had me waiting for an hour because they had written the wrong number and the person couldn’t find my car. More
